I am so inspired by this lady I met. Dressed in grey and looking like Gloria Stuart from Titanic she stood there organizing her stall at the Saturday market, Pass-A-Grille beach. I walked up to check the pretty necklaces she was displaying and she welcomed me with me a big smile.
Speaking to her a couple of minutes the smile was so contagious that I was showing my teeth all day π The first question she asked me was if the necklace she was wearing was matching her outfit. She looked so determined and just ready to start selling all the handmade pieces she made. I only wish I could be half as good looking as her at that age and half as passionate about things. She told me that for 7 years every Saturday she has her little stall there at the beach selling these pretty jewelry.
Coming home I quickly called my friend to narrate the whole thing to her and describing the jewelry and telling her how I want to be some day doing the same things π Own a little store. I don’t care if someones going to buy anything I have to sell. I’ll just be happy literally living in it and go night and day working away doing something I so love. We always talk about this and start day dreaming but seeing her I just feel so motivated today to just be positive π
If you’ll ever go down to Pass-A-Grille on a Saturday do check out her stall. You won’t have to look too long cause she stands out from the crowd there π and say Hi to her from me.
Much love,
A.D
